Sales Terms & Conditions
- Orders – A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is due prior to delivery.
- Carry Out – Full payment is required.
- Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. However, the deposit value may be redeemed toward future furniture orders after a 10% service charge has been deducted.
- Returned Cheques – A $50.00 service charge applies to all returned cheques. Any outstanding balance is subject to a 2.5% monthly interest charge.
- Pricing – All prices are quoted in Belize Dollars (BZD), FOB Belize City, and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include 12.5% General Sales Tax (GST), which is exempt on exports.
- Delivery & Export – Delivery rates to destinations on mainland Belize are confirmed upon placing an order. Export freight rates are quoted via air or ocean.
- Warranty – All new furniture purchases carry a one-year structural warranty. Damages resulting from customer negligence may be repaired for an additional fee.
- Commercial Maintenance Program – At a cost of 20% of the unit price, items used for commercial purposes may be serviced every 12 months. Available in Belize only.
- Domestic Maintenance Program – At a cost of 15% of the unit price, items used for household purposes may be serviced every 24 months. Available in Belize only.
- Maintenance Coverage – The Maintenance Program includes cleaning, sanding, minor repairs, and one coat of natural finish or paint. Transportation is not included. Charges are based on normal wear and are subject to change at management’s discretion.
- Finishes – All prices are quoted in natural finish. Add 10%-15% for painted, washed, or stained finishes.
- Materials – Select items are available in local exotic hardwoods. Add 15% to the quoted price for mahogany. Laminate tops receive a 5% discount from the mahogany price.
- Errors – We are not responsible for typographical errors on price list or website.
